Despite having all the necessary resources loaded, Garena Free Fire is not displaying weapon and costume skins. When I try to reload them, the download fails. Previously, I also noticed changes to the text styles in the game, which was another unresolved issue.

I have invested money into these appearances, and this issue is unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate fix to this problem and compensation of 5000 diamonds as reimbursement for the trouble caused. I paid for these skins and expect the game to function properly.
