For more than a year, I have been a regular participant in events and buyer of in-game currency to improve my gaming experience of Garena Free Fire Max. I recently came onto the redeem code option, which offers players exclusive benefits. I tried to redeem a coupon given during a Garena sponsored promotional event on November 21, 2024. I kept getting an error message saying, "Invalid code," even though I entered the code during the validity time and satisfied all the specified qualifying requirements. When I got customer assistance, their answer was bland and unhelpful, just telling me to check the code and try again. I repeated this without success many times. Promoting these rules and not delivering on the incentives seems harsh. This has erred my faith in Garena Free Fire Max. I want they resolve these problems and pay the impacted players compensation.
