Garena Free Fire Long-Term Ban Appeal & Recovery

I am a Free Fire player on Android and my game account is linked to my Facebook account. My Free Fire player ID is 2237324397. My Facebook account itself has not been hacked, but the Free Fire ID linked to it has been banned, and I can no longer use my in‑game account. I noticed this problem roughly one to one‑and‑a‑half years ago. When I tried to log in, I saw that my Free Fire ID was banned even though I did not violate the rules to my knowledge and did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation about the reason. Since then, I have not been able to access my account properly. I request that my Free Fire account with player ID 2237324397 be thoroughly checked, that the reason for the ban be clearly reviewed, and that if there is no valid violation, the ban on my account be lifted. I also ask that my account be secured against any unauthorized access and that all necessary security measures be taken so that I can safely use my account again.
