Garena Free Fire Diamond Top-Up Error

I bought 2180 diamonds for ₺540 via GG Top Up, but there was an error, and although the payment was processed, the diamonds never showed up. This is incredibly frustrating! I tried to make a purchase two times; one transaction was successful, but the other one just didn’t go through. I am extremely frustrated and need to know when or if I will receive a refund for the failed transaction. This situation is unacceptable and I expect a prompt response. I'm really frustrated and need help figuring out how to resolve this issue. I need assistance on how to retrieve my money or resolve this issue.
