Garena Free Fire Diamond Gift Issue: Diamonds Sent but Not Received
In Garena Free Fire, my friend attempted to send me diamonds as a gift from the store, but they never arrived. While sending, an error occurred, and the diamonds were deducted from their account without the gifts being delivered. This happened with two packages: one was the "Coast Guard" package, and we don’t recall the name of the other.
We are incredibly frustrated that the diamonds were lost due to this error. These were purchased in good faith, and we expect Garena to address this promptly. Please resolve this issue and either deliver the packages or refund the diamonds to the account. We rely on your support to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
