Free Fire Wrongfully Banned My Account – I Need It Restored

Hello Garena team,

My Free Fire account was unfairly banned, and I need it reinstated! I had no idea there was a so-called "banned file" in my game files. I simply logged in, and immediately, I got a message saying my account was suspended. I didn’t use any cheats or violate any rules.

After seeing the ban, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, hoping it was a mistake. But when I tried logging in again, my account was still suspended. This is my main account that I’ve worked hard on, and now it’s gone for no reason.

Please review my case and lift the suspension. I’ve put in too much effort to lose my account unfairly.
