Free Fire Account Permanently Banned Despite No Cheats or Hacks

I have been using my Free Fire account on my Android device through Google, and on 28/08/2026 my account with ID 1503007089 was suddenly permanently banned. Since that date I have not been able to log in to the game and only see the notice that my account has been permanently banned. I have never used cheats or any illegal or third‑party programs in the game and I believe this ban is a mistake. I also have purchases and progress linked to this account, and I do not want to lose them. I kindly request that my Free Fire account with ID 1503007089 be reviewed in detail and that the permanent ban be removed so that I can access my account again.
