Free Fire Network Connection Error: Failed to Retrieve Account Data 2

For a long time I have been playing Garena Free Fire on my Android phone, a Vivo Y20. Since 12 July, I have not been able to log in to my account. Every time I try to open the game, a window pops up on the screen saying “ERROR – Network connection error – Faile kid to retrieve account data: 2” and the game does not open. I restarted my phone to fix the problem, but the situation has not changed and the same error continues. I have also not been able to reach Garena customer support through any other channel so far. I kindly request that my login problem be checked and resolved as soon as possible so that I can access my Garena Free Fire account again and continue using the game without in.
