Free Fire Facebook Account Desynchronization & Recovery Action Plan

I am a Free Fire player who was logging into the game on an Android phone using my Facebook account. Recently, when I tried to open the game as usual, I was unexpectedly logged out, and after logging in again with the same Facebook account, the game created or showed a completely new Free Fire ID instead of my old, progressed account. My old Free Fire account had the profile name “Zxi” and was level 76. In that account I had many items, including characters, vault collections, emotes and gun collections, which are now all missing. My old account, on which I had spent a lot of time and effort, is not appearing at all, and only this new unwanted ID is shown. To show that I am the real owner of the old account, I am attaching multiple screenshots that clearly display my old profile with the name “Zxi” at level 76, as well as my vault, weapons and other in‑game items. I kindly request that my old Free Fire account linked to my Facebook login be identified and fully restored with all my previous items and progress, and that this new ID which replaced it be removed from my login.
