Free Fire ‘Unusual Activity’ Suspension Recovery Issue

My Free Fire account UID-6961147980 has been temporarily suspended due to what I believe is a misunderstanding. The suspension occurred after I logged into my account on my laptop using the Bluestacks emulator. Since then, my account has been restricted for 29 days, and I have not been able to access it. I contacted Free Fire support and only received automated responses stating that my account is under temporary restriction due to unusual activities, with the restriction set to end on 2026-01-05 at 20:43:19. The replies simply repeat this information and direct me to the Abuse Policy, without specifically explaining what unusual activity was detected on my account. I kindly request that my account be investigated manually and that the restriction be reviewed, as I did not use any cheats or unfair tools, and only logged in via Bluestacks on my laptop. I am asking for the suspension to be lifted earlier if, after review, no abusive or unfair behavior is found on my account.
