I am an Android player of Garena Free Fire, and I am writing because my Free Fire account was hacked about seven months ago. After the hack, the email address, password, and all other login information linked to my ID were changed without my permission, so I completely lost access to the account. Since then, I have not been able to log in to or secure my Free Fire ID in any way. I tried to get help, but I did not receive any clear information or a solution for recovering my account. I urgently request that my Free Fire ID be investigated, that my ownership be verified using the information available on your side, and that full access to my account be restored to me.
