Garena Free Fire Hacked Account Recovery Failed After Email Was Changed

I am a Free Fire player using an Android phone and I am writing because my Garena Free Fire account has been hacked and I can no longer use it. My Free Fire ID is 2346719460. Someone appears to have gained access to my account, changed the email address linked to it and now I cannot log in at all. I have no way to recover the account through normal methods because the contact email was changed by the hacker, not by me. I contacted Garena support about this hacked account problem and they only told me that my ID has been hacked, but they did not provide any effective solution or restore my access. The situation is still not resolved and I remain locked out of my account. I request that my Free Fire account with ID 2346719460 be thoroughly checked, the unauthorized email change reversed, and my access restored as soon as possible, or that I am clearly informed about what concrete steps will be taken to recover my account.
