Free Fire UID Hacked for One Year

I have been playing Free Fire on my Android device and my Garena Free Fire account linked to UID 748392707 was hacked about one year ago. After it was hacked, I lost access and I believe someone else is using my account without my permission. I have already tried to get help from Garena support and in‑game customer service, but there has been no result and my account has still not been recovered. I have important progress and items on this account and I am very upset that I cannot use it anymore.
