Unfair Fee Charge of Garanti BBVA

Garanti BBVA Call Center contacted me and promoted a credit card with the clear promise that no annual fee would ever be charged as long as I remained a salary customer (receiving my salary through them). However, just two months after the card was issued, they charged a fee of ₺15,520 (approximately $400). It is evident that during the marketing call, they explicitly stated there would be no such fee. I refuse to pay this unjust charge and will pursue my rights through all relevant authorities in Türkiye.
