I Cannot Get a Refund for My Amazon Purchase Made by Garanti Virtual Card
On October 1, 2023, I completed a purchase on Amazon with my Garanti Bonus virtual credit card. On 19.10.2023, I raised a dispute via Garanti’s mobile banking app concerning that transaction. Since then, I’ve reached out to customer service numerous times, submitted multiple requests, and yet, after almost a year and a half, there’s still no resolution. Every time I reached out, I encountered the same rehearsed replies, leaving me with the impression that my concerns were not being addressed seriously. I feel completely uninformed during this whole experience, and my patience is running out. I anticipated a more engaged and responsive service from a bank as large as Garanti. This experience has deeply undermined my confidence in the institution.
