Gameloop OpenGL Graphics Broken. PUBG Mobile Items Showing Low-Quality Textures

October 5, 2025 11:38 PM843

I have been a Gameloop user and PUBG Mobile player for a long time. My computer runs Windows 10 and has a Ryzen 5 3600X processor, an RTX 2060 Super graphics card, and 16 GB of RAM. For about six months—since 03/01/2025—despite selecting the “OpenGL” option in Gameloop’s game engine settings, some in-game graphics (for example, the Avalanche Armor X and similar items) appear broken and low quality. The visuals do not look the way they should in OpenGL mode; instead, they appear almost like they are running in DirectX mode, and the quality becomes very poor.

I downloaded Gameloop from the official website and did not make any special adjustments during installation. I also do not know how to reach customer support for assistance. I request that the OpenGL graphics engine provide the proper visual quality it is supposed to, and that this issue be fixed as soon as possible through an update.
