Fun88 Deposit Not Credited After ₹500 UPI Payment

I deposited ₹500 into my Fun88 account via UPI on May 1, 2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my account in the app. The UPI transaction was successfully completed, and the reference/transaction ID in my payment history is 256713358679. However, despite the payment going through, my Fun88 wallet balance has not increased, and there is no record of this deposit in the app.
This situation is concerning because the money has already been debited from my bank account but is not available in my Fun88 balance.
I request that my ₹500 deposit made on May 1, 2026, with transaction ID 256713358679 be reviewed and either credited to my Fun88 account without further delay or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
