the service itself is a dumpster fire. Trying to watch anything is so hard to me every other streaming platform works like a charm. It stumbles worse than a toddler on roller skates, I couldn’t take it any longer so decided to give up, head straight for the mobile app to cancel, like any normal person would. the "cancel" option wasn’t there. You claim my account was terminated with no charges? Hilarious! Because the evidence on my bank statement says otherwise. Looks like someone at FuboTV forgot the golden rule of customer service: don't lie to the customer with a paper trail! I want this situation fixed. Now. A full refund for the subscription I never wanted, never used, is the bare minimum. And don't even think about sending a generic apology email. I want a sincere mea culpa for the frustration and wasted time your incompetence caused.
