I Can’t Access Stream After Subscription and Get No Help from Telegram Support

I signed up as a new member, and everything seemed fine at first. But the next morning, when I tried to use the service again, the entire stream had disappeared. I couldn't log in through mobile or TV, and every time I tried to enter my username, password, or access the portal, I kept getting error messages.
I turned to the Telegram support group that was supposed to assist users, but no one responded. I repeatedly explained that I couldn’t access the service at all, and requested to cancel my membership, but they refused, saying it’s not possible to cancel after activation. I am left with no service, no support, and no refund option.
This is unacceptable. I demand that my account either be fully restored or my membership be cancelled and my money refunded immediately. I’m asking for prompt assistance to resolve this issue without any further delay.
