I am writing regarding the unfair ban of my account on the Freecash Android application, operated by Société Almedia. Today, my Freecash account linked to my Facebook profile “Elo Die” and email address “ma*****@hotmail.fr” was automatically banned by the system (FrankenBot) right after I honestly won €264.05 on the “Christmas in July” offer. I was playing from my private home Wi‑Fi in Belgium, without using any VPN, without using any multiple accounts and without any fraudulent method. I am simply a mother who played the game loyally and followed the rules. Despite this, my account was suddenly restricted and I lost access to my balance. After the ban, I opened a support ticket and sent around 15 screenshots as proof of my honest play and normal connection. However, the bot closed my ticket and rejected my appeal without any proper manual review or clear explanation. Because of this unfair treatment, I have officially filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (CEC Belgium). I request the immediate lifting of the ban on my Freecash account linked to “Elo Die” / “max****@hotmail.fr” and the full payment of the €264.05 that I legitimately won. I also expect a proper explanation and an apology, as I am not a scammer but an honest user who respected your rules. I kindly ask you to review my case manually, restore my account and pay out my earned balance as soon as possible.
