Freecash Banned My Account When Withdrawing $24
I have been using Freecash for years without any misconduct. However, when I tried to withdraw the $24 I had saved in my account, I discovered my account had been banned. Despite my efforts, I am unable to reach anyone to address this issue.
The live support system only offers responses through an automated bot, which keeps repeating the same unhelpful answers. My hard work and time have been wasted with no resolution in sight.
My user ID is 2675662, and I demand that my account be reinstated immediately so I can access my funds. Freecash must provide real support and treat users fairly. Please resolve this issue promptly.

I was regularly using the task-based earning application called Freecash. One day, they introduced a rule stating that users must undergo identity verification to withdraw money. At that time, I didn't have an ID card; I was using a regular ID, which was not invalid. I did my identity verification with that ID, and they banned my account, saying it was an invalid ID. Then I renewed my ID and was going to verify again with my new ID card. They told me that the verification process is a one-time thing and that I couldn't verify again. Can there be such nonsense, and why didn't you say this beforehand? All my efforts went to waste, and I have $25 left inside. It's a shame, really a shame, this is completely unfair.
