I have been using Freecash on my Android device, and until today, I never had to log in to my account. A short while ago, I tried to log in and discovered that I cannot access my account at all. When I attempt to use the “forgot password” option, no reset link or email is sent to me, and there is no error message displayed in the app, so I am effectively locked out without any explanation. In this account, there is approximately $100 owed to me, and I am very concerned that I cannot access my balance or continue using the service. I have not yet been able to reach Freecash support through any channel about this issue. I request that my Freecash account be restored as soon as possible and that full access to my existing balance, which is around $100, be granted to me without any loss of funds.
