Freecash Promised $220 but Paid Only $0.20 for My Survey
Yesterday evening at around 7:30 p.m., I completed a survey on the Freecash platform provided by CPX Research. The survey promised a $220 reward, and I completed it fully and carefully, despite the time and patience it required. However, after finishing the survey, I received only $0.20 instead of the promised $220.
I first contacted Freecash support, but they told me that CPX Research was responsible for the issue and directed me to CPX Research support. When I contacted CPX Research, they said their system showed that the payment had already been issued and gave me the reference number txid=1001147259331, then sent me back to Freecash support. When I contacted Freecash again, they gave me a different explanation, saying that the $220 reward amount shown on the survey may have been for advertising purposes and that this was something CPX Research was responsible for. In the end, both companies kept sending me back to each other without taking responsibility, while treating a $0.20 payment for a survey that took me about two hours to complete as if it were normal.
Showing a $220 reward for a survey that takes hours to complete and then paying only $0.20, followed by the explanation that the amount was “for advertising purposes,” is, in my opinion, completely misleading and disregards the time and effort users put into these surveys. I have been negatively affected because Freecash and CPX Research appear to attract users with high reward offers and then drastically reduce the payment after the survey is completed without providing a reasonable explanation. My Freecash username is M***** Y****, and the email address associated with my account is m*************@gmail.com.
I request fair compensation for the time and effort I spent on this survey. Even if the full $220 reward cannot be paid, I believe a reasonable and fair payment of at least $50 should be issued. I also request that this matter be properly investigated and that steps be taken to prevent similar misleading or deceptive practices from affecting other users.
