Garena Free Fire Account Permanently Suspended for Disabling Data Upload

I am writing about the permanent suspension of my Free Fire account shown in the screenshot I have attached. On 04/10/2026 I saw the message in the game stating that my account was permanently suspended for “disabling data upload”. The suspension notice shows my region as India, my UID as 2044935450 and my nickname as Nani. Before this suspension, I had shared my ID with a friend and he used a third‑party application on the account without my permission and against the rules. I now understand that this violates your terms, however I personally did not use any cheating software on my own device and I did not intend to break the game rules. Losing this account is very upsetting for me because I spent a lot of time and effort on it. I kindly ask you to review my case once more and remove the permanent ban from my account. If it is not possible to fully unban immediately, I request that you at least reduce the punishment so that I can have a second chance and continue playing while following all rules strictly. I will not share my account information with anyone again and will not use or allow any third‑party apps to be used on my account in the future. I am ready to provide any additional information you may need to investigate and hope you will reconsider the permanent suspension.
