Sivas Otokurt Service took my vehicle out of the test without adding water to the engine, causing the gasket to burn. Noticing this, they added antifreeze to the hot engine, causing the cylinder head to crack. The owner of the company said that he would cover my loss and delivered the vehicle, claiming it was repaired. However, the vehicle broke down on its way to Balıkesir. Now, Ford Otosan has declared that it will not compensate me for my damages.
