If the FlixBus app shows your ticket as “invalid” at boarding, first make sure you’re using the same email/PNR code shown in your purchase confirmation and that your booking actually exists in “Manage My Booking”.
Sometimes tickets don’t appear if the purchase didn’t complete or you’re logged into a different account.
You should also update the app and restart your phone, as a technical glitch can hide valid tickets.
If the ticket still shows invalid, check your email (including spam) for the official confirmation with your PNR code and present that to staff; a screenshot of the booking page can help prove your purchase.
If problems persist, file a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
