FlixBus Never Showed Up for 3 AM Munich Transfer — Passenger Left Stranded With No Support

On June 3rd, at around 3:00 AM, my connecting FlixBus in Munich never showed up. I arrived at the stop on time and waited, but the transfer bus simply never came — leaving me stranded and unable to continue my journey.
I paid a total of €77 for this ticket. The no-show didn't just cost me money — it completely derailed my travel plans. Throughout the entire ordeal, I was unable to reach anyone at the stop or by phone, customer service was completely inaccessible, and I received absolutely no support whatsoever.
I am demanding a full refund of the €77 ticket price to compensate for the disruption and losses I experienced.
