FlixBus Amsterdam-Hamburg Bus Trip Complaint
On April 24, 2024, I purchased a ticket from Amsterdam to Hamburg, picking a seat for the 01:40 departure. I checked in for my ticket and received confirmation via email. However, when I got on the bus, the driver and another passenger angrily told me that I couldn't sit there. Despite producing my ticket, they proceeded to shout. When I asked where I may sit, they just said, "Anywhere." Everyone on the bus sat wherever they wished, and instead of sitting with my pals as planned, I had to find an open seat in the terminal to avoid being left behind. Passengers shifted their seats to avoid sitting next to strangers. Furthermore, the motorist ate carelessly while driving. I am not sure how we will get through this adventure safely.
