FlickReels Short Dram Weekly Charges Continue Despite No Cancellation Option

I have a serious problem with cancelling a subscription related to the FlickReels Short Dram application on Android, which is being charged to me through Google services under the name FlickReels Short Dram Singapore. I did not manage to find any option to cancel the subscription either in the application itself or in Google Play / Google Pay. Unwanted weekly charges have been taken from my account since 22.09., and by now three weekly payments have already been deducted. On 06.10.2026 I again tried to cancel the subscription both in the application and through Google Play, but the subscription does not appear anywhere as active, so I cannot cancel it on my own. I am asking you to urgently cancel any existing subscription related to FlickReels Short Dram on my account so that no further weekly charges are made and to confirm in writing that the subscription has been successfully cancelled.
