If Flibco failed to show up at the scheduled time, under EU Regulation 181/2011, you are entitled to either continuation or re-routing of your journey free of charge, or a full refund of your ticket.
To recover your ticket money, write to Flibco’s customer service (via email) including your booking reference, scheduled departure, evidence of the no-show, and request a full refund under their passenger rights policy.
If they refuse or ignore you, you can lodge a complaint with Xolvie to seek a resolution.
