I requested a $23 withdrawal from the site Fixbet. After submitting my withdrawal request, they asked me to provide my ID documents, which I sent immediately. However, even after two days, my payment still hasn’t been processed, and I keep getting stalled with different excuses.

When I contact live support, they never give a clear answer. They only tell me to wait, and the process goes nowhere. Even though I’ve completed everything required to withdraw the money in my account, I still haven’t received my payment.
