On October 20, 2025, I purchased a Maybelline Fit Me BB Cream from the Gratis store located in Batman Petrol City. When I got home and opened the product, I noticed that the protective seal at the tip was missing and the cap was already open.
At the same time, my friend, who bought the same product, opened hers and found that the packaging was intact and the safety seal was in place. This made it clear that the product I purchased had been previously opened or used.
I have not yet contacted the store, as I no longer have the receipt, but I am extremely disappointed and uncomfortable that a supposedly new cosmetic product was sold in such a condition.
I request that the product be replaced or refunded, and I urge that the store staff be more careful in checking the condition of products before selling them to customers.
