On August 22, 2025, I discovered that a $7 charge had been deducted from my Turkcell postpaid line for a FitMe monthly subscription that was started without my knowledge or consent. When I contacted Turkcell customer service, they informed me that the subscription had been canceled, but they also stated that no refund would be issued.
This unauthorized subscription has caused me financial and emotional inconvenience. As a Turkcell customer (account ending in *326****62), I request a full refund of the $7 that was charged to my account without approval.
