Scammed by FitMe Subscription I Never Approved

On August 1, 2025, a $7 charge was withdrawn from my mobile line, and a FitMe app subscription was started without my knowledge or consent. I learned about this only after receiving an SMS notification. I never initiated or approved any subscription. So far, I have not contacted customer service.

I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the $7 taken from my account be refunded. Please take the necessary action immediately.
My phone number ends with 5383****36, and the incident occurred in Elazığ.

I later contacted **850 477 77 25, the FitMe service number, to cancel the subscription. Unfortunately, I found out that Turkcell appears to be collaborating with this app, which makes this situation even more concerning.
