FitMe Charged $7 Without Subscription — Requesting Refund
On August 20, 2025, a $7 charge was added to my Turkcell bill, even though I never downloaded the FitMe app and do not have any active subscription. I have no idea how such a charge was made without my authorization, and I find this situation extremely concerning. I also did not receive any confirmation or notification message about a subscription or payment.
I request a full refund of the $7 and an immediate investigation into how this unauthorized charge occurred. I also ask that necessary precautions be taken to ensure that other customers don’t experience similar issues.
