I Face Finish Quantum Tablets Not Dissolving In My Dishwasher

I purchased Finish Quantum dishwasher tablets from Anpa Gros in Gaziantep approximately one month ago. However, since I started using the product, the tablet has failed to dissolve completely during every wash cycle and remains almost unchanged inside the detergent compartment.

I previously used Fairy products for a long time and never experienced any problems with my dishwasher. This issue only started after I began using this particular package of Finish Quantum tablets, which is why I believe the problem is caused by the product itself.

To resolve this issue, I request either a replacement for the product I purchased or, if possible, a full refund.
