I Face Finish Dishwasher Tablets Not Dissolving In Any Wash Program

The Finish dishwasher tablets I purchased from Migros are not dissolving properly. I have tried using them with every wash program on my dishwasher, but the same problem continues, and I have finally given up trying different settings.

I have been using Finish products for years without experiencing this issue, which is why I believe the specific package I purchased may be defective. Because the tablets fail to dissolve, I have to run the dishwasher multiple times, creating unnecessary inconvenience and extra water and electricity use.

I expect Finish to investigate this issue and provide a clear explanation regarding why this package is causing problems despite my previous positive experience with the brand.
