I Face Finish Quantum Powerball Cleaning Problems With Grease And Stains Left Behind

I purchased a special edition Finish Quantum Powerball dishwasher detergent from the CarrefourSA store in Palm City, Yenişehir, Mersin because it was on sale. I had been using Finish Ultimate for a long time without any problems, but since switching to this product, I have started experiencing serious cleaning issues with my dishes.

I have been using this special edition Powerball for about a week, and after every wash cycle, I notice both stains and greasy residue left on my dishes. Metal spoons and other items, in particular, come out with visible dirt and grease even though they should be completely clean. I end up having to wash them again, and I regret choosing this product just because it was discounted.

It has been more than 20 days since I purchased the product, so unfortunately I no longer have the receipt. However, I am very dissatisfied with its performance. As someone who has used the same dishwasher and Finish products for a long time, I would like the company to investigate why I am experiencing this issue specifically with this special edition.

I request either a refund for the product or another reasonable solution that will prevent me from experiencing the same problem again.
