I Face Finish Ultimate 40 Tablet Quality Issues With Undissolved Detergent

I am experiencing a serious performance issue with the Finish Ultimate 40 All-in-One dishwasher tablets I purchased from Migros. When I use the tablet in my Bosch dishwasher, it remains partially undissolved in the detergent compartment after the wash cycle and turns into a mud-like residue. Since the product does not dissolve properly in the machine, the detergent is wasted and I am also concerned about the overall cleaning performance.

I have used different Finish products many times in the same dishwasher before and never experienced this issue. The problem only started with this specific package of Finish Ultimate 40 All-in-One tablets. This makes me think there may be a manufacturing or batch-related defect with the product.

I request that Finish investigate the potentially defective batch, replace the affected product if possible, or provide another appropriate solution to resolve the issue.
