Unauthorized PDF Billing.com Membership Charge Attempt

Today I received a notification from my bank about an attempted charge of 999 Mexican pesos (shown as 995 in the notification) from the company pdf billing.com for a membership that I do not want and did not knowingly request. I have no interest in any membership or paid service with pdf billing.com and I do not authorize any charges from this company. I request the immediate cancellation of any membership or subscription that might have been created in my name and that all future charges or charge attempts to my account be blocked. I ask that this situation be reviewed urgently and that written confirmation be provided that there will be no current or future charges from pdf billing.com to my account.
