Files Editor Complaint For Pdfbilling.com

I recently noticed an unexpected deduction from my Westpac debit Visa card by a company called pdfbilling.com. I have no idea what service or product this charge is for, and I do not remember ever subscribing to or authorising any payment to this platform. On 17 July, an amount of 117fjd was debited from my account with the description referring to pdfbilling.com. Since I was not aware of any relationship with this company, I consider this transaction to be unauthorised or at least not clearly informed to me. I request a full refund of the 117fjd charged to my card, the immediate and permanent cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card or personal details, and a clear disclosure of what account or service this charge is allegedly related to. I also ask that my data and card information be removed from your systems unless there is a clear and lawful basis to keep them. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for you to confirm in writing that the charge has been refunded, all subscriptions have been cancelled, and no further deductions will be made from my card.
