On 12/07/2026, an amount of £197 was debited from my account by PDF-Billing for a subscription without my authorisation. This charge occurred after a single click, and at no point did I clearly approve or consent to a £197 payment. I consider this transaction to be an unauthorised debit and I do not wish to use or continue any subscription linked to this payment. I request an immediate full refund of the £197 taken from my account and the complete cancellation of the related subscription, with written confirmation that no further charges will be made.
