Unauthorized PDF Billing.com Membership Charge Attempt

Today I received a notification from my bank about an attempted charge of 999 Mexican pesos (shown as 995 in the notific...ation) from the company pdf billing.com for a membership that I do not want and did not knowingly request. I have no interest in any membership or paid service with pdf billing.com
