Files Editor Cancellation And Request For Refund

I started a 3‑day trial with Files Editor on 8/25, clearly intending to use only the trial period. Despite this, on 8/28 I was charged $49.95 for a full month instead of just the 3‑day trial, as can be seen from the charge on my Commerce Bank credit card ending in 0933. I did not agree to a paid one‑month subscription and I believe this charge was made without my clear consent. I request that my Files Editor account be cancelled immediately and that the full $49.95 charged on 8/28 be refunded to my card. I ask for this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible and for written confirmation once my account is cancelled and the refund has been processed.
