Kinder Surprise Chocolate Had White Bubbles on the Surface

On April 24, I purchased a Kinder Surprise egg. When I opened it, I noticed that the chocolate had white, bubble-like spots on its surface. Because of its appearance, we could not bring ourselves to eat the product, and I could not give it to my child.
I contacted the company about the issue, and they told me that they would provide compensation if I shipped the product back to them. However, the product had already been opened, and the nearest Aras Kargo branch is quite far from me. For this reason, I did not find it reasonable to be expected to package an already opened food product, take it to a shipping branch, and spend additional time and effort dealing with the return. As a result, we had no choice but to throw the product away without being able to eat it, leaving us with the inconvenience and disappointment.
Since the company has already seen the photographs of the product, I believe they could have offered a simple gesture, such as sending a small gift or replacement product, especially for my child, to make up for this experience. I request a more practical and customer-focused solution that does not require me to deal with shipping the product in person, and I ask that the company take appropriate steps to address and compensate for this negative experience.
