Ferrero Collection Chocolate Had White Spots and an Oily-Looking Coating
When I opened a 172 g box of Ferrero Collection chocolates that I purchased from Macrocenter in Göktürk, I noticed that the chocolates had developed white patches and appeared to be covered with a layer that looked similar to oil or grease. The appearance was extremely unappetizing and concerning, so I could not bring myself to consume the product. I also documented the condition with photographs.
Because I had to leave town on the day I purchased the product, I was unable to return it or request an exchange before leaving. I have always trusted and enjoyed Ferrero products, so this was the first time I had encountered an issue like this, and I am very disappointed. I believe there may have been a problem with the product’s manufacturing or storage conditions, and I request an explanation, the necessary quality checks, and an appropriate resolution to the inconvenience I have experienced.
I ask that this negative experience be taken seriously and that the necessary measures be implemented to prevent similar problems from occurring to other consumers.
