Ferrero Rocher Raffaello Purchased from 5M Was Stale and Poorly Packaged

I recently purchased Ferrero Rocher Raffaello from 5M, expecting the usual high quality, but I was extremely disappointed. The chocolates were stale, misshapen, and poorly packaged. Some were missing the almond inside, which is a key part of the product.

I have always trusted Ferrero Rocher for its quality, but this experience was frustrating. I was looking forward to enjoying my chocolate with a cup of coffee, but instead, I was left disappointed and my coffee went cold while I dealt with this issue.

There clearly seems to be a lack of quality control in packaging. I request an immediate resolution and expect better standards from such a well-known brand.
