Ferrero Rocher 8-Pack Was Missing One Chocolate

On May 29, I ordered an “8-piece Ferrero Rocher” product through Yemeksepeti. When I opened the package, I discovered that there were only 7 chocolates inside instead of the 8 that should have been included. I reported the issue through Ferrero Rocher’s official website approximately five minutes after placing the order. The Yemeksepeti order number is cjl7-2622-p28n-v1.
On June 1, 2026, at 11:17 AM, I was contacted from 444 7 377. During the call, I was told that they could send me a replacement if I returned the defective product to them. Up to this point, everything seemed reasonable. However, instead of arranging for a courier to pick up the product from my address, I was told that I had to take it to an Aras Kargo branch myself because Aras Kargo allegedly does not offer courier pickup for individual customers. Since the brand itself has acknowledged that the product is defective, I do not consider it reasonable to expect me to travel back and forth to a shipping branch with my 3-year-old child.
I was also told that I needed to return the product to the Aras Kargo Tophane branch, but I was not given either a return code or a shipping code. When I called 444 7 377 again, there was not even any audio on the line, and I was unable to reach anyone. Having to deal with a defective product while also facing such a complicated and exhausting process for a relatively expensive product has been extremely disappointing.
I request that the inconvenience caused by the missing chocolate be resolved with a practical and consumer-friendly solution that does not require me to visit a shipping branch myself. I also ask that the problems I experienced when trying to reach the customer service line be investigated and that I receive a clear response.
