FedEx Entered Wrong Address, Causing Delivery Delays and Customer Issues
I ordered products from China, and my supplier shipped them via FedEx. However, FedEx China mistakenly entered the wrong postal code for my address. Instead of using my actual postal code for Ataşehir, they randomly entered a Beylikdüzü code. Now, my packages are stuck at FedEx Hadımköy, and I can't pick them up because the address doesn’t match the documents. FedEx Turkey refuses to contact FedEx China, and I'm told to handle it myself. This unnecessary process is causing serious delays and frustration, as I can’t deliver products to my customers, leading to lost time and money. This experience has been incredibly disappointing with FedEx.
