Farmasi Keeps Calling Me After I Asked to Leave
I registered as an individual member with Farmasi in 2026. Within about a week of signing up, I began receiving frequent phone calls and text messages from different people. During some of these conversations, I was spoken to in a rude and disrespectful manner, including the use of offensive language. This experience has been extremely upsetting, and I no longer want to have any association with Farmasi.
I repeatedly explained that I did not want to receive any more phone calls, that I did not consent to sponsor changes or any other actions involving my account, and that I wanted to be completely removed from the system. Despite making my wishes clear, the unwanted calls and messages continued. As a result, I no longer want Farmasi to retain any of my personal information.
I am requesting that Farmasi permanently terminate my account, completely delete all of my personal data from its systems, and ensure that I no longer receive phone calls, text messages, or any other form of communication from the company or anyone acting on its behalf. I also request written confirmation once my account and personal information have been permanently removed.
